We’ll deliver anything we can fit on our cargo bikes. Some of the items we’ve delivered include $800 catering orders, 2 bicycles in boxes, flower arrangements, 400 t-shirts, 200lbs of dog food … you name it. We’re always up for a challenge.

If you are a first time customer, or just need one delivery for now, fill out this form and we will get back to you asap with an estimate. We will await your approval of the estimate before placing the delivery.

All our clients have access to TwinJet, our logistics software. It allows you to place orders, track their progress and view your order history. For one off deliveries, you will receive an automatic email from TwinJet once your order has been delivered. For any other questions regarding an order, you can reach us by phone at 514-442-7197.

It really depends! Zones, urgency and size all affect the end price of your delivery.

We will never charge any hidden fuel surcharges or holiday surge pricing – the price you receive is the one you will be charged. For a full list of fees, such as oversize and overweight surcharges, please consult our terms and conditions.

If you think you’ll be using our services regularly, it’s probably a good idea to set up a free account. An account gives you access to order tracking and history, immediate estimates and lets you know who has your package. Clients also get slightly cheaper rates than one-off customers.

Yes, even in the winter. While everyone definitely slows down a bit in a snow storm, bicycles are the most consistent form of transportation in the city. For food delivery, our insulated bag inserts keep food just as warm as on a balmy summer day.

Unlike most traditional courier services, we are open until 9pm Tuesday to Friday, and open from 12pm until 9pm on Saturday and Sunday, making us more flexible in being able to meet your needs.

Off-hour deliveries (after 6pm and on weekends) are subject to our terms and conditions.

We want to be able to push the boundaries of what is possible on a bike, and will frequently deliver things well outside of the usual bounds of what is traditionally expected of bike messengers. However, when something is a bit too far even for us, we’ve partnered with Montreal’s most reliable car delivery services to assure you that we never have to compromise our service or turn down a delivery.

All one-off deliveries can be paid by credit card or eTransfer online, or by cash on delivery or pick-up. Our clients are billed bi-weekly. As with any small business, any time you can avoid credit-card payment is greatly appreciated.

We take the name of the receiver for all package deliveries, which will be sent to you automatically when the call is marked delivered.
